I would like to commend the exceptional handling of our event—our daughter’s 6th birthday. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating during the event! I rarely commend friendliness because this is something expected, however, in this instance their friendliness was remarkable! I have never seen them without a smile and deep concern for us and the guests. They entertained all our concerns with the goal of making sure they will address it. We genuinely felt it. Even guests noticed it and told it to us.

Not only were they exceptionally friendly and accommodating, they were also very competent in what they do. Whenever I have a concern about anything, I approach the staff closest to me and all of them know what to do and how to address it. They give timely feedback. They never gave that “I don’t know” look or name dropped people. They owned the concern and raised it to whoever can help. Another thing I want to commend is their food is scrumptious! Many of our guests were praising how delicious the food was!

Special thanks to Ivy Jambalos who handled our account. In all the events we’ve organized (my wedding, our daughters’ 1st birthday parties) she was the event/caterer who displayed profound competence and friendliness. This was evident to me the first time I met her and discussed our event and our requirements. I usually lead the conversation about events, asking a lot of question that cover many aspects of the event. But in this, it was her who led the discussion. There were many things that I have never thought of but she did. She kept on asking relevant questions that I have not thought of asking. Another thing noteworthy about her is how quickly she responds to our inquiries. Emails/texts were promptly responded to within the day. We felt assured that our event is in good hands. And lastly, she really did own the responsibility of working at the background, making sure requests are accommodated. Requests like “can we store cakes that we will bring from outside, inside your chiller?” Or “there is no HDMI adapter, do you have one?” to which I suddenly find out that they had someone run to a computer shop to buy it for our event.
